How you, as a landlord, furnish your property will impact on its “lettability”, speed of the letting, the quality of the tenant and your eventual return.

A high specification package aimed at the top end of the market for penthouse and prestige apartments. Ideal for Executive, luxury living.

View PDFA tailored package can be created by mixing and matching across all the collections to suit the requirements of your tenant. Once we have assessed your property we will discuss budgets, expected tenant type, etc and recommend the most relevant collection or mix. Your collection will then be scheduled for delivery, installation and removal of all rubbish – ready for your tenant to view or move in. If the property has not been let in advance we will take photographs on completion, which we e-mail to your agent for immediate marketing.
Student accomodation
